Preheat the oven to 325˚ and place the wheel of brie in a small baking dish or cast iron skillet.
Use a sharp knife to score the rind by cutting slits both horizontally and vertically on the top of the brie.
Spread the jam over the brie and then sprinkle the top with the chopped pistachios.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the brie is softened. Serve warm brie with crackers or sliced french bread.
